  7. Kazuo Yamazaki beat Tatsuo Nakano (13:23) via submission.

  8. Billy Scott beat James Warring (10th) via split decision in a "wrestler vs. boxer" match. Warring was supposed to win a close match via decision, but Scott dominated the match.

  9. Nobuhiko Takada beat Trevor Berbick (1st - 2:52) via countout in a "wrestler vs. boxer" match. Berbick left the ring after taking several kicks to the leg. He claimed that the rules stated that no kicks below the waist were to be allowed. When Berbick complained to the referee, it appears the referee agreed, but did nothing to prevent more kicks to the leg. Company officials claimed that the match was under normal UWFI rules.
Note: UWFI claims that lawyers for Warring and Berbick held-up the company for extra money just before their fights. If true, this explains the double crosses in those two matches. However, it's also possible this is a cover story and the double crosses were planned all along.
